Thank you for choosing EISUI WRAP (Eisui Corporation) (hereinafter referred to as "our company"). To provide the highest quality service, we have established the following terms of use and disclaimers. By requesting our services, you are deemed to have agreed to these contents.
All of our installations are performed manually by expert staff. Although we take the utmost care, microscopic dust in the air, visible seams, or lifting of a few millimeters may occur. These are characteristics of car wrapping and protection films that cannot be completely avoided, and are not considered defective workmanship.
For repainted vehicles (with panel beating history) or vehicles with deteriorated paint, there is a risk of paint peeling together with the film during removal. Our company bears no liability for paint peeling or damage upon film removal for repainted vehicles and non-factory original paint.
If damage is caused to your entrusted vehicle due to our negligence, we will respond in good faith. However, the maximum limit of compensation shall be the total fee of the service provided (including consumption tax).
This does not apply to damage caused by our intentional acts or gross negligence.
We do not bear responsibility for damages caused by vehicle theft, natural disasters (typhoon, earthquake, flood, etc.), riots, harm by third parties, or any other reasons not attributable to our company during the vehicle keeping period.
The durability of the installed film varies depending on storage and usage conditions. Deterioration or peeling due to usage not following our maintenance guidelines (such as automatic car washes) will not be covered by the warranty.
